Refunds and Cancellations

Channelytics sells digital credits that you use to process products. Credits are delivered to your account immediately after purchase.
1. Digital goods
Because credits are digital and available instantly, refunds are not offered after credits have been added to your account, except where required by law.
2. Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you notice a duplicate charge or a billing error, email support@channelytics.ai within 14 days and we will correct it or refund as appropriate.
3. Service problems
If an outage or failure prevents you from using purchased credits, we will restore access or add replacement credits. Contact support with details.
4. Subscriptions (if enabled)
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Access remains until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time.
